Client Responsibilities

Deliverables are produced from the information supplied by the client, including architectural and structural drawings, specifications, connection design and approved models.

The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of supplied information, and for timely review and approval of submitted drawings and models.

Deliverables and Approvals

Detailing deliverables are prepared for review and approval by the Engineer of Record, fabricator or other responsible party. Fabrication and erection should proceed only from approved documents.

NARVYN Steel Solutions does not perform structural design or engineering certification unless expressly agreed in writing.

Revisions and Changes

Changes to scope, design or supplied information after commencement may affect the schedule and fees. Such changes will be handled as agreed variations.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, layout, graphics and the NARVYN name and logo, remains the property of NARVYN Steel Solutions and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Drawings and models shown on this website are sample work used for illustration. Ownership of project deliverables is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential the information disclosed by the other in connection with a project, and will use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NARVYN Steel Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from information supplied without a written engagement.

Liability under any engagement is governed by the terms of the relevant agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a written engagement.
